Music
For our Opening sequence we decided to use a up tempo fast track. the music that we chose was made by stephEn scott a local muSician. The track that we chose was country
Audience
The genre of our film was a rom com. Our target audience for this film was teenagers to young adults so about 13-25 year olds. We chose this as a suitable target audience for the film because they will be able to understand the film and enjoy it better. The opening sequence we created also had everything a rom com film would be expected to have. We used calm but edgy music that creates a happy scene but also shows that during the sequence something is going to happen whether its good or bad. We used effects that help to create a better picture and more attracting film for the audience to enjoy.
We also added a cliffhanger to the end of the opening sequence by making something unexpected happen at the end that the audience wont expect as throughout the film there is not a lot of expected clues. This is normally what happpens in rom coms so our audience will be able to enjoy it and remember it which is why we chose teenagers to young adults as our target audience.
The age of our target audience is certified 12.

DVD cover write up
when planning the lay out of the DVD cover we did a lot of research on other DVD covers that fitted into the same genre. The DVD cover that we most took inspiration to was the Parent Trap. This film had a sinilar storyline to our opening sequence and the DVD cover stood out. i had research theseo n goolge images. on the dvd cover we used a bar code the prduction name (J&C Productions. we used two houses that were going to reprecent the two differnet countires in our opening squence. I created the DVD cover on microsoft publisher and microsoft word.Whilst creating the DVD cover i learnt how to use different tools in microsoft powerpoint dor example the different page layouts. We wanted the DVD cover to stand out and wanted it to be colourful. we fill the DVD cover that was created meeted our exspectations and stood out. the dvd cover was very colourful and the title Lost And Found was in bold black text so this stood out form the pink background. This one of the most important thing to stand out. The DVD cover was created by me and Jodie.

Location
The locations we chose for our film were different and exciting. We got film from America as charlotte went on holiday there, so she filmed American houses that fitted in perfectly with the idea we had for a scene. We also got footage from London and filmed Harrods, Picadilly circus and trafalger square which again all fitted in with the ideas we had for diffrent scenes throughout the film.
Editing
After all of our filming was done at each location e uploaded it onto one of the computers and used a programme called Adobe premiere pro.
We knew a bit about the programme and how to use it but we used a book created to help with the programme to learn how to work it properly and edit all of our film. We also learnt how to cut the film and addd effects to it to make it better.
We both had a go at editing the film and put in our own ideas. The way we edited the film helped to make it more interesting to watch.
